All Mutant Arts and Alchemy Inc. jewelry is sold in new and unused condition, but it is not sterilized. Buyer and/or wearer assume all liability for antiseptic and/or sterilization.

2) Persons who use or buy product(s) from Mutant Arts ands Alchemy Inc. agree to not file suit against Mutant Arts and Alchemy Inc. for any damages or injuries associated with the use or mis use of our products.

3) Mutant Arts reserves the right to refuse any returns 24 hours after you have received your order. If broken during shipping call us immediately upon receiving jewelry. Jewelry must be returned in the original unopened package.
